How Subscribe & Save Works

When you choose Subscribe & Save for an eligible product, you are enrolling in recurring deliveries and recurring billing according to the product, quantity, price, discount, and schedule shown before you complete your order.

By completing the subscription purchase, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you pause, skip, change, or cancel the subscription according to the options available to you.

Subscription Discounts

Eligible PeacePurr subscriptions receive recurring savings compared with the applicable one-time purchase price. The current standard subscription discounts are:

• 1 unit per renewal: 15% off
• 2 units per renewal: 20% off
• 3 units per renewal: 25% off

Your recurring price, selected quantity, shipping charges, taxes, and other applicable order details will be shown before you complete your subscription and, when available, in your subscription account.

Eligible Products, Quantities & Billing Schedules

The standard Subscribe & Save program currently applies to these three PeacePurr products:

For standard subscriptions, you may select one, two, or three boxes or bottles per renewal. The quantity you select is the quantity included in each recurring shipment unless you later change your subscription using an available management option.

Selecting a different recurring quantity does not change the standard billing and delivery cycle for that product.

The 10-stick trial pack for SENIOR CALM + DIGESTIVE SUPPORT is sold separately and is not currently part of the standard Subscribe & Save program.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription continues automatically according to the recurring billing schedule associated with your selected product until you change or cancel it.

Each recurring charge is based on your current subscription details, including the selected product, recurring quantity, subscription price, applicable discount, shipping charges, taxes, and other charges shown for the order.

Managing Your Subscription

Before your next billing date, you may use the available subscription management options to:

• Pause your subscription
• Skip an upcoming renewal
• Change available subscription details
• Update your shipping address
• Update your payment method
• Cancel future renewals

Cancellation & Orders Already in Progress

You may cancel your subscription before the next billing date to stop future recurring renewals.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already entered processing, fulfillment, or shipping. If you need help with an existing order, contact customer care and we will review the order status and available options.

Renewal Reminders

PeacePurr will send a reminder before an upcoming recurring charge so you have an opportunity to review your subscription before the next billing date. Please keep the email address associated with your account current so you can receive subscription notices and order updates.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment is unsuccessful, we may automatically retry the payment and may ask you to update your payment method.

If payment cannot be completed, the related subscription order may be delayed, skipped, or otherwise not processed until a valid payment method is available.

Shipping & Address Changes

Subscription orders are shipped according to the recurring schedule associated with the subscribed product.

Please make any necessary shipping-address changes before the next billing date so the upcoming subscription order uses the correct information.

Price, Product, or Subscription Changes

PeacePurr may update product availability, pricing, subscription discounts, benefits, or subscription terms over time.

If a change affects an active subscription, we will provide notice when required or appropriate before the change takes effect. Your current subscription details should be reviewed in your account and before future recurring charges.

Returns & Refunds

Subscription orders are subject to the PeacePurr Returns & Refund Policy, including our 30-Day Satisfaction Promise. Canceling a subscription is separate from requesting a refund, replacement, or other resolution for an order that has already been placed.
